The beddings was not yet prepared when i arrived.

Perfect Location. And clean hostel.

Rather a Hotel & Restaurant than a Hostel. Not very Backpacker friendly in general. Kitchen doesnt have a cooking plate. And not very social.

The location was ideal, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The hotel was clean and had great amenities, including a pool and a lovely rooftop terrace with a stunning view. The shower pressure was excellent and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the option to store my luggage for a small fee. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Good location near transport and attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with convenient facilities. Great views from the terrace. Nice vibes and social activities.

The shower and bath in general

I had a great time at this hostel, which is conveniently located close to the center. It's just a short walk to the train station and many attractions. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. the rooftop terrace offered a stunning view. the bar and pool were perfect places to relax and socialize with other travelers.

That the bar sometimes closed earlier than advertised.

There was no kitchen, only a very small common space for the amount of people who stay.. In general it was not very clean both the rooms and common space in which I saw a giant cockroach walking on the shelf between the food.

The hostel had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. the pool, gym, bar, and cafe were all fantastic. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and spacious, and I appreciated being able to work in the downstairs cafe in the mornings. the highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace with its stunning view. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the cityscape.

The noise from other guests, but that's not something the hotel can control. It would have been helpful to have more information about the pool's opening hours in advance so I could make the most of my time there.

It was quiet, no noise. Quality and price are very good

The bathroom, there was no shower tray. But there was a drain in the middle of the bathroom. Everything was flooded.

Nothing, it was perfect.

it is very well located, you can go all over Florence from here on foot. you can easily reach it from the terminal as well. it is very big and there is a bathroom inside the rooms. the beds are well separated and protect the privacy, you have downstairs the kitchen, a game room with pool, heated swimming pool and sauna!

the kitchen is very basic, you can't cook, it only has a microwave for heating, the refrigerators are small and with little space in relation to the amount of people who stay.
